First time Rajkot based design firm Universal Designovation Lab LLP. (UDLAB) becomes the winner of India’s Best Industrial Design Studio Award 2017.  UDLAB has been evaluated for its professional work, design practices to create Brand India, Design Impact in India and abroad by 22 Jury members from around 10 countries who are leading design experts in the fields of visual communication, industrial design, experience design, branding, craft, textile, design innovation and social impact design. This Award was received by Mr. Bhavin Dabhi (Studio Head) andMr. Bhagvanji Sonagra (Head of Research and Product Design) from Prof. Vikas Satwalekar, member of IBDA Jury 2017 (erstwhile faculty and executive director at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.) at POOL Show 2017 in Pune. Last Year too, UDLAB was a finalist in India’s Best Industrial Design Studio Award 2016 along with TATA ELXSI Design Studio.
