An Award winning Wax injection press has been designed with dual station at right angle and having vertical and horizontal injection nozzle at both the station Overall cost and cycle time has been optimized. We have increased the machine styling to withstand the current machine tools market situation.

The Idea

During operation, start-inject-dwell-eject-dwell can be set such that only one operator can manage two stations and four nozzles. Touch screen based control panel gives real time operation cycle parameters and status for easy control.

The Challenge

During product research, we found that every investment in casting unit required on an average of more than four wax injection press. Cost of machine, cost of operator and dwell time increase with each separate machine.
